Longitudinal (Over Time) Data from Any ePCR to Track Your Community’s Hidden Risks…And Get Paid for CP/MIH

In 2014, the California Health Care Foundation told the BLT team that Fire, EMS, Public Health & Public Safety agencies need to not only share real-time insights from the field with a receiving hospital, but also to track data over time so Mobile Integrated Health agencies can keep track of patients who move around the healthcare ecosystem. Since then, we have supported non-transport co-response programs from California to Kentucky to Connecticut, and helped sustain their programs while turning some — like the City of Alameda’s CARE team — into one of the few fully funded municipal CP/MIH programs in America.
